(Rooms at the convention/group rates are subject to availability.) A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. A 72-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to one night's room rate.

Taxi

Taxi fare between Orlando International Airport and the Peabody Hotel is approximately $33. Pick-up is available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at the Commercial Lane Parking spaces.

Hertz Rental Discount

Driving Directions and Hotel Parking

Valet Parking is available at the hotel at the discounted rate for NES attendees: $17/day. Self Parking is also available at the hotel at the discounted rate of $10/day. If you are staying at the hotel, the discounted parking rate will be charged on your guest folio. If you are not staying at the hotel, you will need to obtain a parking voucher from the NPMA registration desk in order to receive the discount.

Getting Around Orlando

Getting around Orlando is easy and there are a few options to choose from. Enjoy a ride on the fun and festive I-RIDE Trolley Service. The air-conditioned trolleys travel throughout the International Drive Resort Area and include a stop just outside the Peabody Hotel. There are many stops along the way to get off and experience what Orlando has to offer. Single fare is just $1.25 and unlimited ride passes are also available starting at $4/day per person. Or, you can walk to Pointe Orlando, located across the street from the Peabody Hotel.
